Directions
Heat oven to 350. Mix together the vegetable oil, vanilla extract and eggs. Add in the sugar, cinnamon, flour, baking soda and salt. Lastly, add in the apples and walnuts and stir together well.
Bake in a greased and floured 9x13in. pan for 45 minutes. Ice with buttercream (or your favorite canned) frosting, or dust with powdered sugar using a paper doily for a cool design.
