This dish includes a variety of vegetables and even some meat.

Original recipe serves 5.

Ingredients

salt ; to taste
8 ounces olives ; canned, drained
1 large cucumber
8 ounces peas ; canned, drained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 egg(s) ; hard boiled
black pepper ; to taste
1 medium potatoes
2 cloves garlic ; minced
1 medium carrots
1 medium onions
2/3 cup ham ; or beef (not ground), cubed

Preparation:

Boil the potato and carrot with skin on until tender. When cool, peel and cut into cubes. Cut cucumber, egg and onion into cubes and combine with meat in a large bowl. Add peas and olives and stir in mayonnaise.
