Directions
In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and nutmeg. Slowly stir in boiling water. Cook until bubbly and thick, stirring constantly. Cook for about 2 minutes more. Stir in blueberries, bring to a boil and cook until berries begin to pop. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Cool. Makes 1 1/2 cup of sauce.
