Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1/2 cup potatoes
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 0.0625 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1/8 cup white rice
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes ; canned
  • 3/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup water ; or chicken stock

  • Directions

    Combine vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Place casserole with the water/chicken stock in a 350F degree oven for 1 hour.
