Ingredients (serves 24)

  • 3 pounds chicken ; boneless breast, cooked and diced
  • 0.999 cup raisins ; golden
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 3 whole apples ; Golden Delicious, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans ; toasted, chopped
  • 2 1/4 cups mayonnaise ; light
  • 12 green onions ; chopped
  • 3 stalks celery ; chopped
  • 0.999 cup grapes ; green, seedless
  • 3/8 teaspoon black pepper

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

    This is best served a day after preparation to allow the flavors to blend well.
