Grilled halibut with a barbeque flavor.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- Preheat a grill for medium-high heat.
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan except halibut and cook over medium heat until brown sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Brush both sides of the halibut with the sauce and place on the preheated grill.
- Cook for 5 minutes per side or until halibut easily flakes with a fork. Baste while grilling, and discard any unused sauce.
