Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 3 large carrots ; peeled and coarsely shredded
  • 1 1/2 ounces chives ; chopped
  • 1/4 cup pecans ; sweetened
  • 1/8 cup canola oil
  • 1/8 cup white vinegar
  • 3/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
