Ingredients (serves 96)

  • 4 1/2 pounds chicken breast halves ; cooked and shredded
  • 36 fluid ounces hot pepper sauce ; or adjust to taste
  • 1.998 cups celery ; chopped
  • 24 ounces cream cheese ; softened
  • 9 cups cheddar cheese ; shredded
  • 48 fluid ounces ranch dressing ; or bleu cheese dressing, or half bleu and half ranch

  • You will also need: saucepan, baking dish

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C)
    2. Combine chicken, celery and cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
    3. Combine cream cheese and dressing in a saucepan and cook over medium heat and stir until smooth. Stir in the hot pepper sauce.
    4. Pour cream cheese mixture into the bowl with the chicken mixture and stir until combined.
    5. Pour the whole mixture into a 13"x9" baking dish.
    6. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until bubbly, and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    This can be served hot or cold.
