Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ginger ; powdered
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

  • Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a glass container and cover tightly.
    2. Store for up to several weeks in a cool, dark place.
    Makes enough to marinate 2 lbs. of meat.
