Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 2 parts sugar
  • 4 parts water
  • 1 part lemon juice
  • 3 parts Rum

    • Directions

    Bring water to a boil and add sugar, ensuring that it is dissolved. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Serve on ice.
