Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
- Place chicken in a shallow casserole dish or 8 inch baking pan.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chicken.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over rice if desired.
