Chablis

Chablis
Chablis is a type of white wine made from Chardonnay grapes, that come from the Chablis section of Burgundy, France. The grapes are grown in a rocky soil. Its crisp, floral, light and fruity flavor comes from the Kimmerdigan limestone in the area. This goes well with oysters or light poultry.

A good quality Chablis should be aged about 10 years and served at around 52°F (11°C).
