Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon is among the world's finest red wines, named after the grape from which it is produced. It has a bold, rich and complex flavor that goes well with lamb, beef, cheddar cheese, brie and chocolate.

Cabernet Saugivnon grapes are grown all over the world: France, Italy, Australia, various parts of the United States, South America and Lebanon. The grapes are quite durable and adapt well to various climates. It is quite easy to cultivate, and the grape's thick skin helps make it resistant to frost and rotting.

Most Cabernet Sauvignon wines should be served at around 60-68°F, (15.5-20°C).
