Riesling

Riesling
Pronounced Reez-ling, Riesling is a white wine produced from the Riesling grape, which is believed to be native to Germany. Riesling grapes do well in California and Germany, but the grapes are also grown in Australia, New Zealand, Austria, and France.

It goes well with seafood, and many East Asian dishes. It also makes a great dessert wine as it goes well with chocolate. A good quality Riesling wine ages well with a complex, sweet flavor.

Riesling should be served at around 47°F (8°C).
