Ingredients (serves 6)
- Combine all incredients except chicken in large, nonmetallic shallow pan. Add chicken, turning to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight if possible.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium coals, or broil 4 inches from heat until browned, turning and basting with remaining marinade, about 25 minutes.
- Slice chicken and serve with torillas, beans, rice and/or salsa.
