  • 6 teaspoons salt
  • 6 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups walnuts ; finely chopped
  • 9 large cucumber ; peeled, seeded and diced
  • 96 ounces yogurt ; lowfat
  • 1 1/2 cups dill ; fresh, chopped

    Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and refridgerate for at least 3 hours before servings. Yields 6 servings.
