Ingredients (serves 24)

  • 3 cups tomatoes ; halved
  • 3 pounds tuna
  • 9 parmesan cheese
  • 24 ounces penne
  • 1 1/2 cups olives ; chopped
  • 6 olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 lemon juice
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1.998 cups onions
  • 27 ounces green beans ; frozen

  • Directions

    Cook and drain pasta. In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, stir and cook until softened. Stir in tuna, frozen green beans (thawed) and chopped olives. Stir in tomatoes, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and pepper. Serve with additional cheese.
