  • 1.6666666666667 tablespoons basil ; ground
  • 5 tablespoons oregano ; ground
  • 1.6666666666667 cups white wine
  • 3.3333333333333 teaspoons parsley ; ground
  • 5 cloves garlic ; chopped and crushed
  • 1.6666666666667 pounds chicken ; boneless, skinless breast cutlets
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1.6666666666667 cups all-purpose flour ; or just enough to cover chicken
  • 0.41666666666667 cup olive oil
  • 0.83333333333333 cup chicken broth

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 35 min
    1. Coat chicken in flour.
    2. In a large skillet, combine all ingredients and add coated chicken.
    3. Cover and simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes, checking for doneness occasionally.
    4. Stir in additional flour to increase thickness if desired. Serve over pasta.
