Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1/4 pound almonds ; very finely chopped or processed
  • 3/4 tablespoon almond extract
  • sugar ; Enough to taste
  • 1/2 quart water ; add into blender/processor

  • Directions

    1. Combine almonds and 1 quart of water in a blender/food processor; bled until as smooth as it gets.
    2. Let sit for 10-20 mins. Strain through fine mesh strainer.
    3. Add almond extract.
    Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
