Ingredients (serves 3)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 1 tablespoon onions ; minced
  • 1/8 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 clove garlic ; minced
  • 1 pound beef ; trimmed sirlion
  • 0.0625 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger ; ground

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 10 min | Ready in: 3 hr 25 min
    1. Slice sirloin lengthwise into 1/2-inch strips; place in a large glass bowl.
    2. Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over meat and toss gently.
    3. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Drain, discarding marinade.
    4. Loosely thread meat strips onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
    5. Grill over medium-hot heat, turning often, for 7 to 10 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness. Remove from skewers and serve.
