1/2 pound crab ; Imitation crabmeat works great, is already cooked, and doesn't get rubbery from sitting
1/8 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 clove garlic ; Chopped clove, crushed or garlic powder
1 red bell pepper ; Cut up into small pieces
1/2 pound mushroom ; Sliced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 pound capellini (angel hair pasta) ; I use whole wheat or Jerusalum artichoke

Directions
In large pot, boil water with a few drops of olive oil. Make the pasta last, according to directions.
In large frying pan, heat olive oil, butter and garlic.
Add and saute or stir fry the red peppers, crab meat (cut or pull into bite size pieces) and mushrooms for a two or three minutes. Add white wine and chicken broth. Cover pan and simmer for ten minutes.
Serve crab meat and wine sauce over the a bed of pasta and enjoy!
This recipe also works with shrimp, scallops or any other seafood, adjusting the sauting time to the type.
