Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 4 pounds chicken breast halves ; cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 2 cups apricot jam ; Or preserves
  • 1 cup pineapples ; crushed, drained

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 5 hr | Ready in: 5 hr 15 min
    Spray the bottom of the slow cooker to prevent sticking. Line the bottom of the pot with chicken pieces in a single layer.

    Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the chicken.

    Cover, and cook on high heat for 4 to 5 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours.
