  • 2 whole avocados ; halved, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread ; toasted
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 lemons ; juiced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

    1. Scoop the avocado into a bowl and add lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, oil, pepper and salt, and mash together until smooth.
