Ingredients (serves 10)

  • salt ; to taste
  • 16 ounces olives ; canned, drained
  • 2 large cucumber
  • 16 ounces peas ; canned, drained
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 egg(s) ; hard boiled
  • black pepper ; to taste
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic ; minced
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1.332 cups ham ; or beef (not ground), cubed

  • Directions

    Boil the potato and carrot with skin on until tender. When cool, peel and cut into cubes. Cut cucumber, egg and onion into cubes and combine with meat in a large bowl. Add peas and olives and stir in mayonnaise.
