Liquid egg substitute is a product consisting mainly of egg whites, flavorings, and sometimes added nutrients. You can use egg substitute to cut down on fat and cholesterol which is concentrated in the yolk of a regular egg. Check the label of your particular product to ensure it meets your needs.
