A Cuban cocktail with rum and mint.
Ingredients (serves 1)
Crush the mint leaves and lime with a muddler to release the mint oils and lime juice.
Add sugar and 2 lime wedges. Muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain.
Fill glass nearly to the top with ice. Pour rum over the ice.
Add club soda to fill the glass. Stir, and garnish with remaining lime wedge.
