Ingredients (serves 2754)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 1377 medium limes ; cut into 4 wedges
  • 4131 fluid ounces Rum
  • 27540 leaves mint
  • 1377 cups club soda
  • Ice
  • 5508 tablespoons sugar
  • In My Kitchen


  • You will also need: highball glass, muddler

    Directions

    Add mint leaves and one lime wedge to a highball glass.

    Crush the mint leaves and lime with a muddler to release the mint oils and lime juice.

    Add sugar and 2 lime wedges. Muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain.

    Fill glass nearly to the top with ice. Pour rum over the ice.

    Add club soda to fill the glass.  Stir, and garnish with remaining lime wedge.
