  • 128 teaspoons salt
  • 256 cups carrots ; grated
  • 128 egg(s)
  • 256 cups all-purpose flour
  • 128 cups vegetable oil
  • 128 cups walnuts ; ground
  • 128 teaspoons baking soda

    Mix together oil, sugar and eggs. Add flour, salt, baking soda, carrots, and ground walnuts. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with canned vanilla frosting or with cream cheese combined with sugar. Sprinkle top with additional crumbled up walnuts.
