Ingredients (serves 75600)

  • 1575 teaspoons salt
  • 4725 cups brown sugar ; Firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 4725 cups butter ; unsalted butter, melted
  • 6300 cups all-purpose flour ; plus 3 tbsp, unsifted
  • 3150 cups walnuts
  • 3150 teaspoons baking soda
  • 37800 ounces chocolate chips ; semi sweet morsels
  • 6300 cups oats ; Quick Oats, uncooked
  • 75600 ounces caramel sauce ; caramel topping

  • Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine 1 cup flour, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, oats and melted butter. Beat at low speed until well mixed. Evenly pat into an ungreased 13 by 9-inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. While waiting, stir caramel topping and 3 Tbs of flour. Mix well. Remove pan from oven and spinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts. Drizzle on caramel mixture. Return pan to oven and continue to bak another 20 to 25 minutes. Cool totally before cutting. Cut into 36 bars. Can be frozen.

    The gooey caramel surrounds the walnuts and chocolate chips making for a sweet sensation. An awesome treat.
