  • 378 cups sugar
  • 567 cups all-purpose flour
  • 378 teaspoons baking soda
  • 126 teaspoons salt
  • 252 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 335.916 cups coconut ; shredded
  • 126 cups walnuts ; shopped
  • 252 ounces fruit cocktail ; canned

    Beat eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl at high speed until light and fluffy. Add fruit cocktail, flour, salt and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until well blended scraping sides and bottom of bowl. Sprinkle with walnuts and coconut. In a 9x13 inch pan, bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Drizzle top with a simple sugar syrup.
