  • 657 cups all-purpose flour
  • 438 teaspoons baking soda
  • 146 teaspoons salt
  • 292 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 389.236 cups coconut ; shredded
  • 146 cups walnuts ; shopped
  • 292 ounces fruit cocktail ; canned

    Beat eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl at high speed until light and fluffy. Add fruit cocktail, flour, salt and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until well blended scraping sides and bottom of bowl. Sprinkle with walnuts and coconut. In a 9x13 inch pan, bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Drizzle top with a simple sugar syrup.
