Directions
In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat. Add flour and stir until smooth. Stir in salt and return to heat. Add milk, stirring until thick. Add cheese, stirring until smooth. Cook macaroni according to package directions, and drain. Mix macaroni with the cheese sauce until coated. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
