Ingredients (serves 4)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 8 ounces monterey jack cheese ; Extra sharp white cheese is excellent with this but any hard cheese will work
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 8 ounces macaroni

  • Directions

    Prepare 8 oz. of macaroni according to package instructions. In a separate saucepan combine butter, cheese(grated up) Reserve some for placing on top before baking, and milk. Heat that mixture only until it's warmed, do not bring to a boil. Place macaroni noodles in a deep baking dish, pour melted cheese mix over and reserved cheese bits. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins. Enjoy.

    Very good and simple to make. Using a very sharp cheddar gave it a nice bite.
