An incredibily easy side dish that goes well with any poultry or meat

Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 16 ounces carrots ; baby
  • 1 tablespoon dill ; chopped, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons butter ; softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  • Directions

    Boil carrots in enough water to cover, until tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and drain.

    Toss carrots with remaining ingredients and serve.
