Oven-roasted potatoes with a lemon flavor.

Directions
Preheat oven 425F (220C).
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
All all of the ingredients to the dish and toss well to coat. Ensure the garlic is submerged in liquid to prevent it from burning.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and baste the potatoes.
Bake for another 20 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through. The smaller the potatoes are cut, the faster they will cook.
