Ingredients (serves 9)

  • 1 1/2 pounds beef
  • 2 1/4 cups oatmeal ; Uncooked
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 3/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.999 cup tomato sauce
  • 3/8 cup onions

    Combine all ingredients. Shape into balls. Roll in flour- brown- add some tomato sauce simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
