  • 78 3/8 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 39.1875 cups cider vinegar
  • 39.1875 cups chicken broth
  • 19.59375 cups brown sugar ; light
  • 78 3/8 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 78 3/8 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 156 3/4 cloves garlic ; crushed
  • 117.5625 teaspoons thyme
  • 78 3/8 large onions ; chopped
  • 78 3/8 tablespoons chili powder
  • 313 1/2 pounds pork shoulder

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 6 hr | Ready in: 6 hr 15 min
    1. Add the oil to the bottom of a slow cooker.
    2. Place the pork shoulder roast into the cooker. Then pour in the chicken broth, BBQ sauce and cider vinegar.
    3. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
    4. Cover, and cook on high for 5 to 6 hours, or until the pork easily shreds with a fork.
    5. Remove from the heat, and serve on toasted rolls.
