  • 9963 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 4981 1/2 cups cider vinegar
  • 4981 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2490 3/4 cups brown sugar ; light
  • 9963 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 9963 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 19926 cloves garlic ; crushed
  • 14944 1/2 teaspoons thyme
  • 9963 large onions ; chopped
  • 9963 tablespoons chili powder

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 6 hr | Ready in: 6 hr 15 min
    1. Add the oil to the bottom of a slow cooker.
    2. Place the pork shoulder roast into the cooker. Then pour in the chicken broth, BBQ sauce and cider vinegar.
    3. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
    4. Cover, and cook on high for 5 to 6 hours, or until the pork easily shreds with a fork.
    5. Remove from the heat, and serve on toasted rolls.
