  • 84076 cups BBQ sauce
  • 84076 cups orange marmalade
  • 168152 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 42038 cups water
  • 168152 onions ; chopped
  • 168152 cups bread crumbs
  • 168152 egg(s) ; beaten
  • 2522280 ounces pineapples ; canned chunks
  • 168152 red bell pepper ; cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 42038 cups vegetable oil ; plus 1 tbsp
  • 168152 cups all-purpose flour
  • 336304 cups jasmine rice ; cooked

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 35 min | Ready in: 50 min
    1. Dredge chicken pieces in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then dip in breadcrumbs, turning to coat. Set aside
    2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat and saute the onions and pepper, 10 minutes or until tender. Set aside.
    3. Add remaining oil to pan and fry chicken pieces about 15 minutes or until crisp. Drain excess oil from pan.
    4. Whisk together orange marmalade, soy sauce, and BBQ sauce in a small bowl.
    5. Add marmalade mixture, onions and peppers, and pineapple to the pan with the chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes.
    6. Serve over cooked Jasmine rice.
