  • 94590 cups BBQ sauce
  • 94590 cups orange marmalade
  • 189180 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 47295 cups water
  • 189180 onions ; chopped
  • 189180 cups bread crumbs
  • 189180 egg(s) ; beaten
  • 2837700 ounces pineapples ; canned chunks
  • 189180 red bell pepper ; cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 47295 cups vegetable oil ; plus 1 tbsp
  • 189180 cups all-purpose flour
  • 378360 cups jasmine rice ; cooked

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 35 min | Ready in: 50 min
    1. Dredge chicken pieces in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then dip in breadcrumbs, turning to coat. Set aside
    2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat and saute the onions and pepper, 10 minutes or until tender. Set aside.
    3. Add remaining oil to pan and fry chicken pieces about 15 minutes or until crisp. Drain excess oil from pan.
    4. Whisk together orange marmalade, soy sauce, and BBQ sauce in a small bowl.
    5. Add marmalade mixture, onions and peppers, and pineapple to the pan with the chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes.
    6. Serve over cooked Jasmine rice.
