  • 1195743 cups orange marmalade
  • 2391486 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 597871 1/2 cups water
  • 2391486 onions ; chopped
  • 2391486 cups bread crumbs
  • 2391486 egg(s) ; beaten
  • 35872290 ounces pineapples ; canned chunks
  • 2391486 red bell pepper ; cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 597871 1/2 cups vegetable oil ; plus 1 tbsp

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 35 min | Ready in: 50 min
    1. Dredge chicken pieces in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then dip in breadcrumbs, turning to coat. Set aside
    2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat and saute the onions and pepper, 10 minutes or until tender. Set aside.
    3. Add remaining oil to pan and fry chicken pieces about 15 minutes or until crisp. Drain excess oil from pan.
    4. Whisk together orange marmalade, soy sauce, and BBQ sauce in a small bowl.
    5. Add marmalade mixture, onions and peppers, and pineapple to the pan with the chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes.
    6. Serve over cooked Jasmine rice.
