Ingredients (serves 12)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • salt ; to taste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • black pepper ; to taste
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup cilantro ; chopped, fresh
  • 6 tablespoons lime juice
  • lime zest ; from 1 lime

  • Directions

    In a shallow, non-metallic dish, combine all ingredients. If you are marinating chicken, this is enough to marinate 1 lb of boneless, skinless, chicken breast. Place chicken in marinade, turning to coat, cover, and refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours. Makes 4 servings.

    ok. maybe add a little salt or even maybe some adobo seasoning.
