Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Arrange pits on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder and ricotta choose. Spoon mixture over the pitas, spreading within 1/2 inch of the edge of the pitas. Top with feta, spinach and tomato slices. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake 12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
