Ingredients (serves 12)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 1 cup walnuts ; chopped
  • 20 ounces chocolate ; semi sweet, chips or bars
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 5 sheets matzo ; broken into little pieces
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • In My Kitchen

  • You will also need: cookie sheet, baking cups


     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 15 min | Ready in: 1 hr 30 min
    1. In a double boiler or large microwaveable bowl, melt the chocolate, stirring frequently, until thick syrup.
    2. In a larger bowl, combine all other ingredients.
    3. Add chocolate and stir until ingredients are coated in chocolate.
    4. On a cookie sheet covered with wax paper, or using miniature paper baking cups, spoon mixture into mounds.
    5. Put in freezer until solid. Serve cold.
    Variation includes substituting maztoh with favorite crunchy cereal.

    Awesome! They are almost like little clumps of smores but without the campfire. They are great when frozen, too.
