Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Season the tilapia on both sides with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning, and arrange them in the baking dish. Place a layer of lemon slices on the fillets.
Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Meanwhile, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder and dill in a small bowl to make the dill sauce. Serve dill sauce with the tilapia.
