  • 3564 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2376 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2376 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1188 tablespoons thyme
  • 891 teaspoons black pepper
  • 594 teaspoons salt
  • 4752 pounds chicken
  • 2376 cups bread crumbs

    Directions

    Whisk maple syrup, mustard, 1 tablespoon of the oil, thyme, pepper and salt in a large bowl. Add chicken and generously coat. Cover and marinate of at least 30 mins.
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Set on wire rack or large baking sheet. Combine breadcrumbs with the remaining oil on a plate. Dredge the skinned side of the chicken breast in the breadcrumbs and arrange breaded side up on the wire rack or baking sheet.
    Bake until golden brown. :o)
