Ingredients (serves 4)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 1.3333333333333 pounds halibut ; steaks
  • 2.6666666666667 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2.6666666666667 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2.6666666666667 cloves garlic ; minced
  • 1.3333333333333 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.66666666666667 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2.6666666666667 tablespoons butter

  • You will also need: grill, saucepan

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 10 min | Ready in: 25 min
    1. Preheat a grill for medium-high heat.
    2. Add all ingredients to a saucepan except halibut and cook over medium heat until brown sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally.
    3. Lightly oil the grill grate.   Brush both sides of the halibut with the sauce and place on the preheated grill.
    4. Cook for 5 minutes per side or until halibut easily flakes with a fork.  Baste while grilling, and discard any unused sauce.
