  • 51030 teaspoons onion powder
  • 25515 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 306180 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 102060 medium onions ; diced
  • 51030 teaspoons liquid smoke
  • 204120 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 204120 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 102060 cups chili sauce
  • 102060 teaspoons salt
  • 51030 teaspoons black pepper

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 9 hr | Ready in: 9 hr 15 min
    1. Put the brisket into the slow cooker and sprinkle on the salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Press these seasonings into the top of the brisket.
    2. Add the diced onion and the other remaining ingredients.
    3. Set cooker to LOW heat, cover, and cook for 8 to 10 hours or until the brisket is fork-tender. 
    4. Transfer to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes, covered in foil, before slicing.  
    5. Carve into thin slices and top with the sauce from the slow cooker.
