  • 23328 cups mozzarella cheese ; shredded
  • 46656 egg(s) ; beaten
  • 606528 ounces tomato sauce ; Use your favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 5832 cups parmesan cheese
  • 349920 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 23328 pounds ziti ; cooked and drained

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs and parmesan cheese. Set aside. In another bowl throughly combine pasta and sauce. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spoon 1/2 of the pasta mixture; evenly top with cheese mixture, then remaining pasta mixture. Sprinkle the top with mozzerella cheese. Bake 30 min. or until heated through. Serve with additional pasta sauce if desired.
