I got this one from my aunt. An incredibly easy, yet very tasty pecan pie.

Original recipe serves 8.

Scaling (About scaling and units)
Halve it | Double it | Triple it | Reset
Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1 pie shell ; 9-inch, unbaked
1 cup corn syrup
3 egg(s) ; lightly beaten
1/2 stick butter
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 cups pecans ; shelled

Preparation:

Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggs. Stir in other ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes, then at 325 F for 30 - 40 minutes until done.
